Our unique ownership structure means that all profits generated by Moneymals will be distributed equitably to our NFT holders according to the payout schedule. This ensures that every member of our community reaps the rewards of our collective efforts and achievements.

100% of the minting revenue will be used to achieve collective growth

• 50% of the minting revenue will be invested into pre-seed startups from elite German universities and its incubators. A field we work in as Startup Advisors.
• 30% of the minting revenue will go to creating a crowdinvesting platform. This platform will serve as a gateway for blockchain investors from around the world to legally and securely invest into IRL Startups in Germany, Europe and later globally.
• 20% will be used for the 4 Founders to be able to work continually and to value the effort that has been put in already. 
• 50% of the Company will be held by the pool of NFTs in silent shares. 50% of the company will be owned by the 4 founders.
